Aoa. I need to ask about the dark skin patches on my hands (knuckles specially), my feet, underarms and under legs and my neck as well. Your problem should not be hyperpigmentation, rather you should visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and then treatment will be given according to your disease. Hyperpigmentation can be due to lot of reasons
