I don't want to comment more on that except the Vitamin A analogs like isotretinoin are strictly contraindicated in women during their child-bearing age. Some very serious adverse effect.

I wish I could treat you. Unfortunately you live in Lahore and I in Karachi.
I would like you to consult a well qualified Dermatologist in Lahore with post graduation in Dermatology from UK or USA.
It's a shame doctors prescribing such medicine to young women.
I don't know anyone in Lahore or Islamabad to help you with your acne. I cannot start your treatment without first examining you. Unless you come to Karachi for this purpose when lockdown has eased a bit.

Dear Pt, I hope you are well. Your Dr gave you right stuff! FDA approved and being a consultant in Uk I've given it under NHS! SO NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!!! side effects are managed, correct dosage is imp, regular tests & followups are imp! but YES a detailed consult & ruling out imp things along with bloods is imp. so DONT worry but do book appointment and deal it seriously... these are safe & best option to ERRADICATE ur acne BUT under supervision & monitoring! you can book an online appointment with Me Via Marham and will sort out your issue. hope this helps, Regards

Docter can you suggest me a good moisturiser for dry patches.

I can't suggest a moisturiser, its imp to see your condition and then guide you. You don't need a moisturiser or some thing that makes skin oily...I need HYDRATION and unless I see I can't suggest which level of hydration we need to add to make ur condition better without making it oily... regards

My dear isotretinoin very oftenly causes dry patches and we routinely advise moisturizing lotions.
Try to start a good moisturiser like neutrogina hydrobooster etc
For rest of problems you need to get your skin examined

I think U should stop isotretinoin and also the creams and face wash will aggravate the dryness. So stop everything . U can use white dove soap and lubrex lotion for dryness and take an appointment for through Marham for proper treatment

don't stop isotretinoin and complete your course.
isotretinoin causes dryness and it can be deal with topical moisturizers, olive oil, vitamin c serum and etc.
Stop all your topical stuff such as cream and serum.
Appy Advantan Oint mornings and evening on affected areas of the face for 5 days.
and after 5 days continue your shiro serum and cream.
I suggest u to use moisturizer with SPF 30.
For Pain just take Paracetamol.
kindly consult me for proper check up.

Thanks docter . I am not using any cream through out my course just shiro vitamin c serum for dark circles but this serum is not giving me any benefit till yet dark circles are still there . Should I use it ?

apply advantan oint on your affected areas of the face for 5 days and then start shiro serum again.
shiro Serum is cheap and very effective and if it suits on your skin then keep using it forever.
