Hi.. I am unmarried and experiencing a sudden itchiness on the upper surface of vagina.. All of a sudden very extreme itching and when I have rubbed it it has become a bit swollen and painful to touch but I cannot resist myself from rubbing.. anything that I can do to fix it quickly??

Difficult for anyone to comment without examine you. But the commonest cause for itching and a white discharge is vaginal thrush. Treatment is simple you can get canesten-h cream and apply twice daily. If not better in few days then must see a doctor you may need oral medication.
