Talk to Dermatologist on Keloid Acne Nauche

I have a small patch on the back of my neck of small bumps. They are called Keloid Acne Nauche. I have them checked, doctor gave me K Cort injection on the infectiont spot. it works for 10 days then they are back. Does anyone has a better or long lasting solution for it??

They are treated with a series of multiple injections depending on how big the lesion is. The choice of injection used by the doctor was wrong. It needs a slow release injection.
