Mujhe 4.5 sal se legs k darmyan kharish ha mein ne bht si medicine khai hain aur tubes, cream's wagera b lagai hain par kuch din fark parhta ha phir wohi hal ho jata ha aj kal idr saudia mein bht garmi ha aur mera kam b zadia bethny ka ha jis waja se mujhe bht masla ha aur jis jaga kharish ha wo jaga black ho gai jism ka hissa he ni lagti please koi hal bataein

Its must be a fungal infection.... Thats why u have itching u need proper consultation and treatment regarding that and also improve higiene

I don't know what u have and what the doctor in your city had told you. In my opinion either you have eczema or fungal infection. Both the conditions are due to sweating in that area which is not evaporating on the air. You have to stand and sit with both your legs wide apart so that air may pass to keep the area dry
