Lice And Dandruff

I am asking behalf of my friend. She is 3 month pregnant and now she is having lice and dandruff. Clean her hairs regularly and used anti lice shampoo but no use. What should she use during pregnancy.

She must consult a Dermatologist who would recommend her with anti-lice medicines to apply. If used correctly, no harm will be done to her baby.
