Talk to Dermatologist on Lichen Planus Pigmentosus

I have lichen planus pigmentation on my face and neck diagnosed by dermatologist without biopsy. For recent 2 their any exact remove my all pigmentation patches... because i am fed up using different creams and medicines

In my opinion that is a correct diagnosis. Unfortunately in Pakistan there are no true skin-histopathlogist. Those who claim are fake.
The treatment of this type of LP is not reliable. I would like to start treatment but I cannot do so because you are not in karachi. Besides that I would like to examine you every 3-4 weeks of starting the treatment and you will not be able to visit my clinic that often.

Perhaps if you could write back all the medicines that you have used.
