Reshaping lips is a gamble if not done by a very experienced plastic surgeon who has done many many surgery of the lips.
The reason being, if not done properly both sides of the lip may not become equal and may need to disfigurement.
Please note, there is a difference between Lip Reshaping and Reconstructive surgery. Reshaping is a cosmetic procedure and reconstruction is for surgery of the defect. Ask a plastic surgeon.
