Take tablet Voren once a day for 6 days.
Apply Fucidin-H on it twice a day for 6 days.
If pus or any discharge will show up them clean it properly apply any antiseptic like polyfax or bactroban.
Follow up by taking appointment.

This is a callus formation due to pressure during pray. Please try to avoid direct pressure and irritation of that point during pray. Dead skin piled up at that spot due to constant irritation. If you can not go out due to COVID-19 please make a tele visit with dermatologist, he can prescribe you proper treatment.

hi..This is callous and it's very thick for any topical treatment to penetrate..it needs to be surgically removed first..kindly book an appointment with dermatologist..
u may stop by Alrehman Hospital, Gulraiz 2 on Saturdays for treatment.
