Talk to Dermatologist on Multiple Moles On Face And Emerging Of New Moles

Hi!! I am asking on behalf of my niece. He is 14 years old and having multiple black moles on his face and they are increasing in numbers. Some are small and others big. He has no itching or nothing else. Can anybody suggest me any ointment or medicine to stop growing or anything that disappear them completely or lighten them. Thank you
