Don’t worry about this. Simple fucidin should do the job. It’s probably the nail cut short to the skin. If you are worried then you must see a doctor.

It is a bacterial infection and only topical applications are not going to.help.Start.. Syp.ceclor half tsf twice a day. Keep applying fucidin.
