Talk to Dermatologist on Painful Acne/boil On Hip

I have a painful acne type thing on my left hip since a week. The pain spreads to my legs as well. There is no bleeding or watery discharge from it, just some redness and a brown hole. This happened without any impact of anything sharp. I am attaching a picture with this. Please guide if I should take any medicine for it or will it go away on its own. Thank you.
