I have painful red rashes pimples type on front thigh, groin and on the back side above hips. The rashes keeps on spreading. The pain is intense and it occurs not only on rashes but on the whole surrounded area. The pain sometimes feels like needles. Pain makes walking difficult and seems like whole muscle is affected.
