Assalamoalaikum, Hope everyone is doing fine. My mother is having some sort of skin changes(in a patch form) on her both palms, margins are thick and slightly painful (I have very minimal knowledge of skin issues). This is eczema..apply clobederm cream twice a day at night apply hydrogel 50/50 before sleeping..avoid detergents n chemicals
