Asking for Self, Male, 26 years old, New York
Hi, I’ve had these patches on my testicles for about a year now. They get itchy at times but only whenever I’m sweaty or haven’t taken a shower yet. At first I thought it was a jock itch but the ointment I was using didn’t make a change. I have been sexually active as well but I’ve never came across this before, I was wonder by the picture you guys could help identify what it is?

This is an eczema made worse by scratching. Take anti itching tablet available over the counter at any pharmacy. This is so that you do not scratch it at all. Apply white petroleum jelly over the rash several times daily and apply hydrocortisone ointment available over the counter at the pharmacy several times daily. Cover the lesion with multi-folded tissue paper and put on your underwear. If you keep on doing this for several weeks/months you will get rid of the eczema. While bathing make sure you do not put soap or shower gel on it.
