when I have pimples on my face some they gone without marks but now they leave grey and pink spots .. doc give me oratane gel but not work.. plz suggest what I can do

First of all I don't which doctor you consulted as oratane was prescribed. That medicine is strictly contra-indicated to women in their child bearing age.
