Talk to Dermatologist on Post Vaccine (cansino) Rash With Bruising

please guide me what is this and what to do? it has been 22 days since vaccine was done and from then I'm experiencing this kind of rash with itch and pain. initially it happened and settled after taking antiallergy and cortisteriod cream as the doctor taught it is eczema but this is back again 3 days after resolving after.. please guide as what the diagnosis is and what can I do?

This definitely looks like an allergic reaction. Please do the following blood tests and visit my clinic with results. In addition to that I will also be needing to know what medicines you have had lately. Blood CP&ESR, BT, CT, Prothrombin Time and LFT
