Talk to Dermatologist on Premature Greying Of Hair

Im only 22 and im getting a lot of grey hairs i know its not genetics because none of my siblings have grey hair im thinking of taking Surbex Z or some other iron rich supplements tho i dont like taking any medicines but i have heard they have side effects like anxiety plus i feel like it will be useless. do you think it will be worth it? and what other things i can do to stop them?
