Complete cure is very difficult
you will be okay while using certain medications, but physical examination and assessing the severity of your disease, areas involved and systemic examination will let me help u in proper management
yes psoriasis is a condition that is recurrent and it has exacerbation due to stress and many other different factors
well in opinion only topical treatment might be not enough.
you need to understand that psoriasis has one manifestation in skin and one in joints.
you may need some medications as well.
and for this get your CBC, Lfts HbsAg and antiHcv done and then get your physical evaluation dine from qualified dermatologist

Psoriasis is a skin condition that can be well controlled but not cured. For limited psoriasis Diluted topical steroids can be used for 2-4 weeks in acute exacerbation of psoriasis and once the inflammation is reduced inert emollients (such as petroleum jelly)should be used as maintenance therapy. For wide spread lesions oral medication may be needed.
