I have a psoriasis from last 1 year . I had experience with same doctor but when I start a topical treatment so the psoriasis little 50% of good with topical treatment but after that My psoriasis came again and its very sensitive, itchy. I am tired from this please help me

it's chronic but not trouble some if you manage it properly. you need good moisturizer, less stress n infection, avoid contraindicated drugs. keep in touch with good dermatologist .

Psoriasis is a skin condition that can be well controlled but not cured. For limited psoriasis Diluted topical steroids can be used for 2-4 weeks in acute exacerbation of psoriasis and once the inflammation is reduced inert emollients (such as petroleum jelly)should be used as maintenance therapy. For wide spread lesions oral medication may be needed.
