I have a psoriasis from last 1 year . I had experience with same doctor but when I start a topical treatment so the psoriasis little 50% of good with topical treatment but after that My psoriasis came again and its very sensitive, itchy. I am tired from this please help me

yes psoriasis is a condition that is recurrent and it has exacerbation due to stress and many other different factors

well in opinion only topical treatment might be not enough.

you need to understand that psoriasis has one manifestation in skin and one in joints.

you may need some medications as well.

and for this get your CBC, Lfts HbsAg and antiHcv done and then get your physical evaluation dine from qualified dermatologist

Psoriasis is a skin condition that can be well controlled but not cured. For limited psoriasis Diluted topical steroids can be used for 2-4 weeks in acute exacerbation of psoriasis and once the inflammation is reduced inert emollients (such as petroleum jelly)should be used as maintenance therapy. For wide spread lesions oral medication may be needed.
