Talk to Dermatologist on Pus Pimple

hi please guide asap.. previously I was suffering from jaundice it's better now..now the real issue is i am having too much pimples on my forehead although I have oily skin I m using face wash too.my major concern is what to do for pimples and recently I got pimples full of puss on pubic area which is irritating me..what should I do for it? should I pop it or not? should I apply xyloaid cream without popping or not? guide plz
