Talk to Dermatologist on Rapid Hairfall

About a very long period of time ago i have dandruff in my hairs alot of dandruff so as you know every person decides to use dandruff free shampoos so ,i do but these shampoos didn’t help me . So i gonna use use and use it but all in vain . But in last 4 months before i decided to use medicatied shampoos like ketoconazole ( konaz ) for treating that condition because i have seen in videos that it will cure your dandruff because dandruff is fungus so you have to use antifungal, so i used it . Almost 3 months of usage 3 times a week i got results thats were good my dandruff was almost 60 out of 100 cured and , at that time i had no itching on my head. Its was good . But after 3 months when i used to apply ketoconazole shampoo on my head then , after apply I saw my hand that are full of my hairs because when i massaged shampoo on my head then my hairs fall, and attached to my hand and they were many hairs like clusters of hairs .
