Hello! I am unmarried 21 yo but I have recently developed these red stretch marks on my lower belly. I went for Cortisol PM test and It was all normal. I want to rule out the root cause of these marks

I don't think its Tinea because I have no other patches on my body and these stretch marks are als not itchy.
