Talk to Dermatologist on Redness On My Face....presence Of Nails.....presence Of Wrinkles.....especially Spread Of Very Veryl Small Red Grains On My Face

My face is mostly red and there are nails and wrinkles in it ... When I sit in the sun, the whole area around my nose turns red ... Now I don't know if it is an allergy or some other specific disease. I had seen the skin doctor before and he told me to remove the oil before that and at the same time he gave me skin A cream and Acdermin gel ..... there was no difference in using them ..... Please suggest me better medicine and treatment .....
