Salaam dr sahab, mene november men acne treatment start ki thi dermatologist seh puch k or unhun ne mujhe oratraxin gel or clindacin gel di thi lagane k liye, usse mere face ki acne khatam hogayi thi. Phir mujhe wapis dr ne bulaya tha lekin men lockdown ki wajah seh jaa nahi saki, mene yeh treatment still continue rakhi hui hai lekin mujhe phirseh face peh acne start hogayi hai. Please help k men yeh treatment continue rakhun ya chorrdun?

You must try to understand that since the basic cause of acne is the hormone and since the hormone is constantly present in the blood, therefore one must not stop the topical anti-acne preparations. Only dosing is changed.
