Talk to Dermatologist on Scalp Folliculitis

I am 20 years old, since 3-4 months I have noticed balding spots on my head and white hair/thinning/hair fall. Under them, there are red bumps/acne/white pimples and I feel pain in them sometimes, I have noticed I feel pain and start to feel something over my head when I specifically eat eggs. When I stop eating eggs and drink loads of water. The pain stops but the bumps still persist. Also after nocturnal emission, more white pimples type things appear What could be the issue? I have been using Conaz shampoo since a week and things are getting better but it is not stopping.
