Acne scars can be treated after evaluating depth and type of scars. Multiple sessions and 4 to 6 months in minimum are required. Treatment options are MRF, fractional laser and facial peels. You have to visit a dermatologist for proper assessment. For hair loss, first step is complete history followed by examination to investigate reason of hair loss.
