Talk to Dermatologist on Sclerotherapy Issue

I am a patient of varicose veins for last 16 years I have three children about two months ago i had its vascular surgery from dr.Rashid usman some spider veins have also appeared he says that they need sclerotherapy I am a bit kind of afraid of it's side effects. Firstly blood clot formation chances .secondly is this essential for survival or I can wait how much time ican wait .thirdly is it fine to undergo this therapy just after two months of the surgery.I am awaiting for your reviews.
