salam I am facing a problem for the past 15 years or so. There are 4 to 5 cysts on my scrotum skin. these are without any pain however they double in size since my marriage. I need to get rid of them as soon as possible if anyone could I would be much oblige.

well the reason for posting a query on this forum safety from corona have heard due to increase in cases one has to refrain from going to the hospital

This is probably steatocystoma multiplex, usually doesn’t need treatment. But if you really need it, then only option is surgical

Although you haven't posted any picture of your skin disorder but I think you have steoticystoma multiplex, a very common disorder in that area but completely harmless. One can have 15-20 such lesions and I treat them with spraying Liquid Nitrogen on them ( Cryo-Surgery ) and they fall off within 8-10 days with no fuss. No surgery required. It's an OPD procedure and takes about 10min

Should you be interested in such treatment please take prior appointment.

The other option is surgical excision.
