SEVERE HAIR FALL AND BALDNESS

Question

I have server hair fall .thin , week, brittle and fragile hair . wide petition are prominent. I have done my TSH test its totally negative.but hair fall is too much increasing day by day. I never ever using any chemical or tools but don't know why is going on .
