Although the picture is not clear but the black marks looks like acne scars caused by yourself by pinching or squeeze on them. First of all you need proper treatment of acne and then later treatment for the scars and marks.
Since you do not live in Karachi and I cannot examine your face, it is there advised to consult a Dermatologist near you. Should you visit Karachi later when the things have calmed down, I would like to treat your acne and marks.

pic is not clear but I want to tell u that post acne scars or pigmentation can be prevented if acne is treated earlier.
