ws,its hand dermatitis due to continuous contact with detergents and chemical,first of all always wear gloves not synthetic simple paper gloves when washing because synthetic gloves can also induce hand dermatitis and apply sudocrem after washing your hands it keep moisturize your hands and act as barrier ,you can apply this cream 2 to 3 times daily and apply provate cream for one week or two then continue sudocrem
