Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy And Pregnancy

Assallam u Alayekum Respected doctors! I am a pregnant woman and i am having small patches on my skin. before marriage there were 2 to 4 very small patches near my shoulders and after consulting a dermatologist I have used a lotion and they disappeared. But after marriage and 1st pregnancy these patches are becoming worst and spreading over my chest and belly area. I don't feel itching etc but I am worried because they are spreading very fast. Due to pregnancy I don't use any type of anti allergic. kindly guide me in this regards. Thanking you in anticipation.
