Sir my skin color is fair but my arms are too dark effected by UV rays now a days.Want an advice from Dr how to recover or which product i use for arms

Skin tanning is a normal physiological response when someone with type 3 to 5 skin is exposed to sun. Best sun protector is wearing full sleeves clothings in your case. If not possible then apply Sun blocks 60+ and repeat every 2 to 3 hours when exposed to sun.
your skin tan will go away in 2-3 months provides you prevent your skin from further sun exposure.
