Salam, it is to be addressed physically or on video call. As if it is Ring worm or not, if yes then why it is appearing repeatedly or if any other issue then it must be discussed in detail.

if it is ringworm (that i ll confirm after seeing the photo) then I ll suggest you a blood test "Liver Function Test / LFTs" because it is important to see your liver status before starting the oral drug

If you drink alcohol or not?
Have you ever had any liver disease?
Moreover, you will have to observe some rules in your life to avoid the recurrence of the disease
