Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Infection Near Thumb Nail

About 2 months ago, I cut my nail and the infection started to peel off my skin, now the condition is shown in pictures. I'm using polyfax ointment from last 15 days but no result. There is no pain it just the skin is peeled off. This happens to me since the last 5 years for 4-5 months at any part of the body. Waiting for your kind suggestions, Jazak ALLAH!
