Skin Mole/pimple

Question

I got rid of mole near my eye 10 years ago through surgery. But now i see a bunch of moles under my skin in the same area. What is it? Is it dangerous? How to remove it? Secondly i have this pimple type thing on my shoulder. I feel really itchy on it most of the time. I want it removed as well.

I see you still have that mole. Also I can can see atleast 3 skin tags. I remove all those either with Cryo-Surgery or RF treatment. But I am located in Karachi.

Seems like a mole with two tags.
U can remove it with CO2 laser.
