I have alot of pigmentation And many brown stains on my face . I do chemical treatment also but nothing is happwn plzzzz help me

Apply sunblock every day before going out and apply Melano cream in the night daily and vitamin c serum daily
Firstly post ur picture. how much pigmentation and shade of ur pigmentation. Then tell me which peel which applied and how much time before u got the procedure. Use sunblock of SPF 60+ even when u are at home after avery 3,4 hours
Without seeing ur pic it's impossible to treat u. If u can't post pic here then u must visit a dermatologist for evaluation n treatment.. For the time being, u must apply some suitable sunblock

Dear Pt, I hope u are well.... when ever one wants to sort an issue its imp to " IDENTIFY " The case rather applying creams and stuff:) there can be several reasons for pigmentation and variants.... its important to identify, possibly run few tests IF needed after looking/ consulting/ examining. So book an appointment so can take things systematically and explain even the % that can be improved. As at times poor quality creams/ chemical treatment can also make things worse and can change simple pigmentation into PIH and that is a much tricky thing to address. Hope it helps, Regards

In my opinion pigmentary changes on your face is made worse by peeling and application of whitening creams. Made worse by sunscreens. Since you live in a hilly and open area there is lot of UV light.
You should stop applying everything on your face. I mean everything including any moisturizer that you may be applying. Just cover your face with a scarf or dopatta doing the day time when out of the building. Within 3-4 months you will see noticable change in color of your skin. What will be left after that will be melasma. For that you will be needing either PRP treatment, microneedling or the very newest plasma Fibroblasting.
I am afraid you will have to travel to Karachi to my clinic for either of that.

pigmentation on the face is due to number of reasons and to find a cause is very important in treating pigmentation of skin.
i suggest you to consult a dermatologist who can diagnose the cause of it and treat accordingly.
there are lot of treatments available in market to treat pigmentation of face and only after proper history and examination of the skin, one can decide what will be suitable for you.
