Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Problem

Need suggestion of a dermatologist I got my nose piercing few weeks ago. Wearing gold nose ring. But now i got either a piercing bump or keloid (not sure what it is). Picture is attached in comments. It oozes little pus too sometimes. No pain felt when untouched. Little pain on touching. I remove scrape from it time to time. How can I get rid of it? Could i pop it with clean clothe or would it heal on its own? How long would it take to heal? What medicines to use? Thankyou
