Skin Problem

Question

Please identify if the pimples are dangerous or harmless. There are pimples on 3 locations: 1) Lower Back 2) Middle of back 3) Forehead. Note: There is no itching or bleeding. On the lower of back those black pimples were only a birthmark before.
