no i have not used any med . actually they appear as tiny marks and with the age their size is increasing , so basically there are three to five moles on my face but small moles are many

You cannot stop moles from forming on your face or body through oral or topical meds. Moles have tendency to transform to malignant melanoma, though not all and not in everyone. So the beat u can do is to use sunblock indoor as well as outdoor. Avoid direct sunlight. You can opt for removal of moles via laser fulgration/cautery etc
