Asalaam alaikum I have dryness around my eyes like skin is burnt.I use a saeed ghani moisturizer and it fades slowly but only for a day and then dries up and skin color has also changed .There is also a lot of itching.
If I don\'t use lip balm, my lips and the skin around the lips get very dry
Is this eczema?
