Its Syringoma. it can be treated with Plasma Pen easily. Once remove, will not come back.
I can't be certain without clinical examination but they look like viral warts or Seborrheic warts. In either case I treat those with spraying Liquid Nitrogen. These r seborrhiec warts . The only treatment is with electro cautery or laser . And this u need to take appointment
Dear pt, you seem to have skin of color and treating with Liquid nitrogen crotherapy will lead to hypo pigmentation. Make sure its a surity given by concerned Dr that no such thing will happen. In my opinion careful examination and laser is suggested even that after treating a test spot n then proceeding so that side effects can be minimized. hope it helps, regards
These are Facial Warts caused By HPV.
There are number of treatments for facial Warts.
