This is most probably tinea pedis and needs immediate treatment. If u dont treat it in time, it will spread. U shld visit a dermatologist as it needs history n examination of the body to be sure of treatment. I dont think tht medication can be given like tht. Better to keep it dry. Visit a dermatologist to save from spread.

This has turned into an eczema because of constantly keeping the feet wet often with soaps and detergents also.

Avoid strictly water and detergents on feet. Apply Vaseline to both feet several times a day.

Seems like Fungal infection ( Tinea pedis). In eczema itching tends to be more and then it tends to involve both feet symmetrically. Please consult a Dermatologist or take appointment through Marham for online consultation

See a dermatologist in your area or do a video consult
Additionally go to any laboratory that does fungal smear to confirm the diagnosis
