You didn't mention what was there to start with and for how many months it was there and what treatments you have done.

I am having problem diagnosing what you have.

I think you should visit my clinic at Karachi soon so that I start proper treatment. Meanwhile for pain you keep on taking pain killers medicines after eating food.
