Greetings. This is Acne and your disease is moderate to severe. If you really want to get rid of these pimples you should start Ro-Accutane therapy. Ro Accutane can end up your pimples within 3 months but you have to continue your therapy for almost 6+ months to finish treatment cycle. For starting this therapy there are some conditions 1-Don’t get pregnant during and 3 months post therapy 2- Need some blood tests before starting therapy and then one and two months after starting pills.
