Assalam o alikum During age puberty pimples or poxes are appeared on face. After treatment they are diminish but tiny holes and marks remained on these places and sometime one or two pimples appear without pox. please tell me lotion or Kareem to diminish these marks.attach pictures

These are old acne scars. There are no medicines - oral or topical that will treat these scars. If you are really worried about these scars, certain dermatological treatments will be done to get rid of those eg PRP, Microneedling and Plasma Fibroblasting.
