Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Problem

Aoa Doctors I'm having these dark spots (pigmentation) on my back , neck and upper arms since my teenages and my mother has same issue on her hands. Now they are getting darker. I have tried many remedies but it didn't work. Now I am using kojic acid soap and waiting for result. Can someone suggest a better solution to get a rid of them. I'm much worried about them. Pictures are attached

creams n soaps don't work on it mostly.
you still are required to get examination by a Dermatologist for confirmation
This seems like cutaneous amyloidosis. Such a diagnosis can’t be treated with out confirmation. Use sunblock regularly to avoid worsening. Best is to see a doctor.
any soap and cream don't effective on it medicine will completely cure internally kindly book appointment with me it's permanent treatment after taking some medicine you will completely recover

Dear pt, Seems a chronic disease process... needs examination possible diagnostic BX .... I'm shocked that how can a soap can sort any issue? plz for god sakes stop using horrible stuff like trimelasin n local creams. its better not to use anything than such stuff. hope it helps. Regards
