Please see these photos clearly. From few days ago these marks appear on my skin on nick. I visit doctor he check and  recommend deprocort cream, Nidacon capsule, and Betnelan tablets to me. I\'m using these medicine from a week but no change I observe.
Please tell me what i need to do.

Asalamwalikum,first of all stop all these medicine and start applying travogen cream two times daily on effected area and use conaz lotion twice a week ,take shower with this conaz lotion apply on effected area and leave on body for 15 minute and then rinse ,use it for one month twice weekly ,for further queries you can book online appointment via marham
