If your skin is dry and rough all you have to do is to use mild soaps eg Dove for bath. After bath apply a thick and viscous body lotion from neck to toe once or twice daily eg Vaseline Intensive Care Body Lotion.
For anti ageing there is no medicine - tablet/capsule or lotions etc. Certain dermatological procedures are done in Dermatologist clinic.

Sorry dear without seeing u nothing can be prescribed. There are creams n procedures for aging process but tht too cam be suggested after seeing u. Better to see a dermatologist near u and get urself examined in detail.
