In Pakistan this is the problem we gave everyday. That doctor who seems to be a professor does not know how to treat Urticaria.
Urticaria is a skin condition which is most often due to a substance you have become allergic to. It could be anything that you eat daily; or it could be due to something that you are inhaling with the air or you may have a focus of infection anywhere in the body.
Unless the offending substance is taken away from you, you will keep on getting these rash.
So the doctor has to help you find the cause of the Urticaria. Medicine prescribing is no treatment.
In my opinion you must consult a qualified Dermatologist in your city.

This is Urticaria and takes time to sete down. It's treatment is prolonged and needs patience. U shld visit ur dermatologist and tell him to investigate u and in shaa Allah u will be fine. But this cant be treated online as it needs detailed history n investigations
